*PLEASE NOTE – Out of hours cover is included at no extra charge if you currently have a prepaid out of hours support agreement or a leased line service with us and the fault is regarding the leased line*
The fault logging service can be accessed by calling 0333 2229200 and is used to log the fault only. Charges are based on when the fault is passed onto a support engineer after the fault is initially logged- you agree to be charged these rates by using this service. To avoid additional charges please wait until our office reopens during the hours of Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
